Misako Aoki meet & greet update #2!

Since we know not everybody's going to sit there refreshing our event master post, today we want to bring you a separate update on the process for securing a line position to meet Misako Aoki.

First, we still don't have an exact time and may not until very close to her arrival, but she is scheduled to be here sometime between 1-4PM on Saturday. So you might want to plan to at least be in the area at that time. We will announce via Twitter, Facebook and our blog when we know exactly when she'll be here.

In order to keep things safe, we will be allowing a maximum of ten people into our store at any given time. There will be a time limit of ten minutes per group, unless Misako wants to spend more time with a group or individual (she does want to interview some people).

To keep things orderly and prevent a mad rush to our store, we will be giving out numbers via email starting February 18 at 1PM. To reiterate, do not email us until February 18 at 1PM EST. This is to give everybody a chance to read the instructions. After 1PM tomorrow, email us at info@tokyorebel.com with the subject "Misako Aoki event line number" and your full name in the email body. We will email you back with a number in the order that we received your email. (Note that it may take us a little while, but we will do it for everybody - nobody's not going to get a number.) This number will be your line position.

Important: Bring your ID and be ready to show it when your number is called. We will be checking numbers against names so there won't be any possibility of line cutting or faking a number. Since you will have a number, there's no need for any jockeying for position outside our store. Please be respectful of our neighbors!

Those who aren't here when their number is called will lose their place in line and will have to wait until the last group to get in.
